How much does ReraDesk cost?
ReraDesk has four tiers:

Can I pay by bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)?

Are the listed prices inclusive of GST?
No. All listed prices exclude GST. 18% GST is added at checkout. Example: ₹29,999 plan = ₹29,999 + ₹2,999 GST = ₹29,999 total. A GST invoice is issued for all payments.
What does the CA Bundle include?
CA Bundle is designed for CA firms managing multiple builder clients. It includes: multi-tenant dashboard, bulk QPR filing, Form 3 / Form 5 workbench, CA review and approval workflow, UDIN utilisation tracking against the 60/FY ICAI cap, co-branded reports, and referral commission on every retained project. How long does a QPR filing take in ReraDesk?
Under 4 minutes for experienced users on repeat filings. First-time filing for a new project typically takes 15–30 minutes including document upload, AI extraction review, CA approval, and Aadhaar e-Sign. The AI handles all field extraction — the promoter reviews and Aadhaar e-Signs before any submission proceeds.
What are the QPR deadlines in Maharashtra (MahaRERA)?

What is the penalty for missing a QPR deadline?
Under §63 of the RERA Act, non-compliance can attract up to 5% of estimated project cost per quarter. Karnataka has specifically imposed ₹25,000 per delayed quarterly report. On a ₹10 crore project, 5% = ₹50 lakh per quarter. Penalties vary by state authority and are subject to their discretion.
Which states does ReraDesk support?

What is the UDIN 60-cap for RERA CAs?
Per ICAI gazette notification (July 2025), CA firms can generate a maximum of 60 UDINs per financial year for RERA-related certifications. This is a per-firm FY limit — not monthly. What is MahaRERA's QR code mandate (Order 46C)?
MahaRERA Order 46C requires all real estate advertisements to display a QR code linking to the project's MahaRERA registration page. How does RERA escrow withdrawal work?
Developers must keep 70% of buyer funds in a designated RERA escrow. Withdrawals require Form 1 (architect completion certificate), Form 2 (structural engineer), and Form 3 (CA certification that withdrawal is proportionate to completion). What does DPDP compliance mean for developers?
The DPDPA 2023 rules are in phased rollout through 2026–2027. Does ReraDesk integrate with Tally or Zoho Books?
Yes. ReraDesk connects to Tally ERP 9/Prime and Zoho Books as read-only data sources for Form-7 annual audit and escrow reconciliation. The connector pulls relevant project financial data with a complete access log. Every data pull is logged with timestamp, fields accessed, and triggering user.
Where is my data stored? Is it secure?
Data stored in India — AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). AES-256 encryption at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit. SHA-256 document hashing for tamper-evidence. No. ReraDesk is a RegTech compliance automation layer — not a legal guarantee, and not a substitute for CA certification (legally required under RERA) or legal counsel on ambiguous matters.
