Is there a free trial? ↓
Yes — the CA Beta programme gives CA firms 60 days free access for up to 5 builder clients. For developers, we offer a demo environment via "Try demo as Developer" in the app. Paid trials for individual developer accounts are being added in Q2 2026.
What does "per project / year" mean? ↓
Each active RERA-registered project in your account counts as one project. A project runs for the duration of its RERA registration. If you have 3 projects in Growth plan, you pay ₹29,999 × 3 = ₹89,997/year + GST. Projects can be added or removed at renewal.
Are prices inclusive of GST? ↓
No — all listed prices are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout. For CA firms registered for GST, the input tax credit is available on your subscription fee.
What is the CA Bundle referral programme? ↓
CA Bundle subscribers earn ₹1,000 per project for every new builder client they onboard onto ReraDesk. If you bring in 10 builder clients with 5 projects each, that's ₹50,000 in referral credits — credited against your next renewal. No cap on referral earnings.
Can I switch plans mid-year? ↓
You can upgrade at any time — the difference is prorated and charged immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. Project count changes (adding/removing projects) are processed within 24 hours.
What happens if I cancel? ↓
Access continues until the end of your paid period. After that, your data is retained for 30 days during which you can export everything. QPR audit trails are retained for 7 years to match RERA document retention requirements under RERA 2016 §5(7).
What is the Platform Credit Guarantee? ↓
If a QPR is rejected by a RERA authority due to a verifiable platform extraction error (not due to incorrect data provided by you, your CA, or changes to the portal's form structure after filing), we will credit your annual subscription for that project in full. To claim: email help@reradesk.com within 30 days of the rejection with the rejection notice and the QPR reference number. We review within 7 working days. This guarantee covers the ReraDesk platform fee only — it does not cover RERA penalties, CA professional fees, or any consequential losses. See Terms §9 for full conditions. Jurisdiction: Maharashtra courts, India.
Does ReraDesk guarantee RERA compliance? ↓
No. ReraDesk is an AI-powered decision-support layer — it extracts, reconciles, monitors, and assists. It does not guarantee acceptance by any RERA authority or that penalties will not be levied. Final compliance decisions rest with your Chartered Accountant and the relevant RERA authority. We benchmark 94.7% field-level extraction accuracy; every field is CA-reviewed before submission. Individual results vary by document quality and portal uptime.
