The Problem We Saw

RERA compliance is genuinely broken

Every quarter, thousands of developers and their CAs run the same fire drill. Documents collected over WhatsApp. Escrow figures cross-checked in Excel. QPR forms filled under deadline pressure on portals that time out. When something goes wrong — a wrong figure, a missed deadline — the penalty is real and immediate.

The RERA Act's intent is correct. But the execution infrastructure for promoters is almost non-existent. There's no software purpose-built for the CA who signs Form 3, or the developer who needs to file QPR for 12 active projects across 3 states every quarter.
